Pn16 Flexible Connector Single Sphere Galvanized Flanged Expansion Rubber Joint
Rubber joint, also known as flexible connector, is widely used in pipeline installation engineering. The structure of flexible connector is composed of flange and rubber ball, and the ball is composed of rubber pipe with inner rubber layer, reinforcing layer, multi-layer scraped nylon cord fabric and outer rubber layer. Flexible connector is a kind of pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. The flexible connector takes advantage of the advantages of elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber. It is made of high strength, cold and hot stability polyester cord fabric which is obliquely crossed with it and then vulcanized by high pressure and high temperature mold. The flexible connector has high internal density, can bear high pressure and good elastic deformation effect.
