Double flange limit expansion joint
The double flange limit expansion joint is composed of body, sealing ring, gland, expansion short pipe and other main components. On the basis of the original performance of the loose sleeve expansion joint, a limit device is added, and the maximum expansion is locked with double nuts. The pipeline can expand freely in the allowable expansion amount. Once it exceeds its maximum expansion amount, it will play a limit to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. It is especially used for connection in the pipeline with vibration or certain inclination and turning.
Performance of double flange limit expansion joint
1. The installation is simple and convenient, convenient for valve installation, and can bear the axial tension of the pipeline.
2. The product is composed of metal casting or welding. The loose sleeve part adopts trapezoidal rubber sealing ring. Under the action of gland and bolt, the sealing ring is forced to deform between the outer wall of the expansion pipe of the joint body for static sealing by using the principle of rubber compression elastic deformation.
3. The metal and sealing ring shall be selected in strict accordance with the service performance and user requirements.
4. In the pipeline, it can not only effectively compensate and alleviate the thrust of pipeline and blind plate, but also facilitate the installation, maintenance and replacement of water pump and valve.
