DN100 Single Sphere Rubber Flexible EPDM Connection Type For Rubber Bellows

Rubber bellows can also be called: flexible rubber joint, rubber soft joint, soft joint, flexible rubber joint, etc. it is a pipe connector with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. Rubber bellows is a kind of composite rubber pipe which is composed of inner rubber layer, fabric reinforcement layer (the reinforcement layer has multi-layer scraped nylon cord), middle rubber layer, outer rubber layer, end reinforced metal ring or steel ring, and loose combination with metal flange or parallel joint after high temperature and high pressure vulcanization. The rubber bellows makes use of the advantages of rubber, such as high elasticity, high gas resistance, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance. Rubber bellows can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and compensate the thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by temperature change.

 

Performance characteristics of Rubber Bellows

Rubber bellows can be divided into three categories: general, special and heat-resistant

1. Universal rubber bellows: suitable for transporting water at - 15 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ and acid or alkali solution with concentration less than 10%.

2. Special rubber bellows: suitable for special functions, such as oil resistance, plug resistance, ozone resistance, wear resistance or chemical corrosion resistance.

3. Heat resistant rubber bellows: suitable for transporting water with temperature higher than 80 ℃.
