Rubber Metal Pipe Connector Vibration Damper With Steel Flange Europe Standard

 

JINGNING vibration dampers are designed to be used against sound and vibrations in pipelines and pumps, regulators and machines.


The vibration damper is made up of nitrile rubber with invulcanized
steel flanges completely separate from each other, from DN 80 with embedded,
elastically stored spacer bolts and reinforced sealing surface. The vibration damper is internally smooth which minimizes the flow resistance.
AL 86-GRV can be used at temperatures between -20℃~100℃
Resistance to cold water, hot water, oils and certain acids.

Installation / Maintenance

 

Installation instructions are included with each vibration damper. Pipelines must be fitted with mounting points at the installation sites. mounting
should be done in an easily accessible place eg. at the circulation pump, at the shunt valve or for control fittings, i.e. in places that constantly
monitored and controlled. During the annual inspection of the heating system, vibration dampers shall be checked for functionality (possibly surface cracks, increased hardness, lack of elasticity, etc.).
